The second Gesha that we are directly sourcing from Sebastian Ramirez - El Placer Farms coffee project.
It’s a white honey anaerobic Gesha from Quindio, Colombia.
As per Salomé Jaramillo from El Placer:
“This is a very special coffee for us. It is one of the first Gesha processes Sebastián developed, and it has become a bit of a classic from El Placer. The aromatic profile is somewhat reminiscent of our Gesha Competition, but this particular lot comes directly from Finca El Placer, so it has its own character and expression.”
