“Jar of Coffee” is a boutique micro-roastery committed to quality over quantity. We are growing organically, one coffee at a time, with a focus on sourcing and roasting some of the world’s most exceptional coffees.
Currently, we roast on an Aillio Bullet R1 V2, producing small batches of 500g–1kg. This micro-batch approach allows us to give every coffee the attention it deserves while showcasing remarkable microlots from some of the finest producers around the globe.
Our philosophy is simple: great coffee begins at origin. We believe that the true stars of the coffee supply chain are the farmers, producers, and innovators who dedicate their lives to cultivating extraordinary coffees. Through direct trade relationships, we strive to support and celebrate their work while bringing their coffee jewels closer to coffee lovers everywhere.
At the end of the day, our role as roasters is not to overshadow the coffee, but to honor it. Our goal is to carefully unlock and preserve the unique character, story, and hard work that each coffee carries from origin to cup.
