One of the most layered coffees in the collection, this Oma Gesha brings together rose, jasmine honeysuckle, bergamot, guava, and chocolate. After careful selection and floating, the cherries spend five days drying in full sun before completing their 30-day drying period in the darkroom. Silky and elegant, with a delicate balance between floral aromatics, tropical fruit, and lingering sweetness.
